Eyebrow PMU removal without losing a single hair
Powder brows, ombré brows or old hair strokes: the PicoSure laser targets only the pigment. Your real brows keep growing completely normally. Usually 2 to 4 sessions are enough.
Why brow pigments like to change colour
Many PMU colours are mixtures of several pigments. Over the years the skin breaks down the warm components faster, leaving grey or blue. With reddish tones the opposite happens: they turn salmon-coloured. Without make-up, neither looks good any more. The laser breaks down all of these pigments, regardless of how often they've been redone.
What happens to your hairs
The PicoSure's 755 nm pulse reacts to pigment in the skin, not to the keratin in hair. I also cover the brows and work with a small spot. The result: the hairs stay, and once healed everything keeps growing normally. If you want new pigmentation afterwards, you can do that after around three months.

Questions about eyebrow removal
Will my brow hairs get lighter or fall out?
No. The wavelength reacts to pigment in the skin, not to hair. Right after the session individual hairs may look singed, but they grow back normally.
My PMU is reddish – does that work too?
Yes. Red and orange tones sometimes need one session more, but are very treatable. The test shot shows how your colour reacts.
Can I just lighten instead of removing completely?
Absolutely. Many only want to lighten enough for new PMU to be possible on top. That's often just one or two sessions.
How long am I “visible” afterwards?
One to two days of redness, then fine crusts for around a week. From day three, brow powder covers it well.
