What data is collected
When you visit the website, the server stores technically necessary access logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser, referrer). For anonymous visitor statistics, the IP address is processed only as a daily-changing hash and is not combined with other sources. The raw logs are deleted after a short period. No cookies are set and no external tracking services are embedded.
WhatsApp and phone
If you message me via WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) additionally applies. Clicks on WhatsApp buttons are counted anonymously on the server. I use the details and photos you send exclusively for booking appointments and planning treatment, and delete them after the treatment is completed unless there is a legal retention obligation.
Emails to info@pmu-entfernung-schweiz.ch are processed on a Swiss or European mail server and forwarded to the clinic for handling.
Fonts and map
Fonts are loaded from this server, not from Google. The map on the homepage is a static image; only when you click the link “Open in Google Maps” do Google's privacy terms apply.
Your rights
You can request information about your stored data at any time, as well as its correction or deletion. Just send an email to the address above.
